The Colorado River winds through Austin, shaping both the city and this workplace within it. Across six floors, IA translates its movement, shifting color, and sense of discovery into an environment that flows between work and gathering, bringing the landscape and energy of Austin into the everyday experience.

Follow the Flow
The Colorado River became more than inspiration; it became a way to organize the experience. Curved walls, radius corners, meandering forms, and ripple-like lighting guide movement through the workplace, while a sunset-inspired palette shifts from plum to pink and coral across the floors. Reflective materials and layered gradients create energy without overwhelming the spaces for focus.

That sense of flow extends into the details. Ombre archways frame breakrooms, curved-glass huddle rooms soften transitions, and graphics and wayfinding reference moments along the river. In elevator lobbies, reflective metal panels, wave-profile surfaces, and integrated lighting evoke the shimmer and motion of water.

A Social Core with Room to Evolve
At the center, a connecting stair creates a shared hub between floors. Pink glass, stone surfaces, built-in seating, and a two-story polished stainless steel wall turn circulation into a place to gather, pause, and connect, reflecting the movement and activity of the people around it.

Beyond the social core, the workplace offers a range of settings to support different needs throughout the day, from workstations and meeting spaces to a coffee bar, training room, terrace, wellness rooms, and secure operations center. Together, they create a workplace that supports a dynamic workforce while giving Austin’s landscape a distinct presence indoors.
