Relish Works’ Chicago workplace turns its approach to foodservice innovation into an experience clients, partners, and employees can immediately understand. Expressive objects, playful graphics, and visible methods make strategy tangible, giving the organization a stronger platform for collaboration, storytelling, and the entrepreneurial problem-solving needed to move the industry forward.

Familiar Objects Make Strategy Memorable
Plates, bowls, utensils, and cafeteria trays move beyond their uses to become a visual language for the Relish Works ecosystem. At the entrance, restaurant objects set a playful tone beside illustrations, questions, and an illuminated invitation to imagine foodservice's future. In the central gathering space, colorful trays display custom artwork inspired by team traditions, from an International Women's Day brunch to Chicago's St. Patrick's Day celebration. A nearby showcase highlights products and ideas developed by the team. The installation gives employees and visitors multiple ways into the brand, using humor, shared memory, and recognizable materials to make complex work approachable.

The Journey Rewards Curiosity
A conference room makes the parent company's Customer is King value visible through a crown-shaped film graphic that frames the people inside. Illustrated playing-card wallcovering extends the idea with food references in the renewed brand palette. Farther into the workplace, an Order Here sign marks an open collaboration zone, where a hand-drawn mural maps the foodservice ecosystem, supply chain, restaurant technology, and Relish Works' design strategy. A concealed door within the wood wall leads to a speakeasy-inspired lounge, a spirited reference to the team's role as the parent company's secret weapon. The journey brings insight, surprise, and connection full circle.
