The PACE Center expands lessons developed across the portfolio into NEMS’ most comprehensive care environment to date. Clinical programs sit alongside dining, meditation, media, activity, and therapy spaces, creating a setting that supports physical, social, and emotional well-being. Daylight, intuitive circulation, culturally relevant details, and spaces for family and community make care easier to understand and more personal to experience. What feels generous is also highly intentional: each decision supports accessibility, orientation, dignity, and the efficient delivery of care.

Across dental, optometry, oncology, acupuncture, infusion, physical therapy, and elder care, IA and NEMS have developed a repeatable way of working without creating a repeatable look. Clear arrival, intuitive navigation, natural light, and culturally resonant design recur from project to project, while each clinic responds to its own program and community. At Sullivan Avenue, dental chairs follow the perimeter for daylight and views; at Linden, a sculpted wall guides patients through primary care and acupuncture; at Lundy, compact planning keeps clinical and retail functions distinct but connected. Over time, shared tools and accumulated knowledge have helped reduce documentation time and cost while preserving design quality, allowing the partnership to scale with NEMS’ mission.
