In New Belgrade, this global investment management company consolidates approximately 600 people across five floors. IA replaced a private-office-heavy model with team neighborhoods, social settings, and shared learning spaces, pairing the confidence of a global institution with local references that help a diverse workforce build belonging within one address.

Consolidation Builds Belonging
Team neighborhoods give employees a recognizable base within the larger organization. The more open plan increases flexibility and creates opportunities for interaction, while a varied mix of settings lets people choose how visible, social, or focused they need to be. Gaming lounges, pantry seating, and breakout areas support informal exchange and help colleagues build relationships beyond immediate teams. Executive boardrooms provide the formality required for leadership decisions and client engagement. Each setting has a clear role but remains connected to the wider workplace. This structure turns consolidation into more than a real-estate move by giving 600 employees a shared environment that supports identity, participation, and community.

Belgrade Gives the Workplace Character
Training rooms and a technology hub make learning part of daily work, while a large flexible event space supports town halls and community networking. Rounded corners and crafted joinery meet heavier forms inspired by New Belgrade’s Art Nouveau and Brutalist influences. Raw and polished materials, neutral and saturated color, and old and new references are held in deliberate balance. The local design language distinguishes the office without weakening global standards. Employees gain multiple ways to work and participate, while visitors encounter an organization that is internationally assured and visibly invested in its host city. The workplace gives institutional scale a more personal and locally grounded expression.
