Across more than 100,000 square feet in six European cities, IA helped Bacardí replace siloed workplace traditions with a connected portfolio built around hospitality, brand expression, and choice. From London and Paris to Barcelona, Geneva, Amsterdam, and Lisbon, each location advances a shared business culture while remaining responsive to its city, teams, and brands.

Shared Heritage, Distinct Local Expression
IA established a common framework that brings Bacardí’s heritage and brands to life without reducing them to a collection of disconnected showcases. Working directly with brand teams, IA identified the stories, artifacts, and experiences that mattered most, then translated them through the culture and architecture of each city.

London creates a welcoming home for five brands; Barcelona layers local tiles and angled portals into the experience; Geneva connects brand history with a working production site; and Paris gives ten brands room to speak within a cohesive campus. Adaptable displays, graphics, and material choices maintain recognition across Europe while allowing campaigns and local priorities to evolve.

"It's the first time, since I started working for Bacardi in 1998, that the environment reflects the culture of the company, blending all the brands, and it feels like I'm working for a drinks company."
Head of Facilities Management, Bacardí

Hospitality Reshapes the European Workplace
Hospitality is not an amenity at the edge of these workplaces; it is an operating strategy. Fully functional bars support tastings, client meetings, broadcasts, town halls, and informal exchange. Lounges, libraries, cafés, terraces, and focused settings give employees more choice while helping visitors experience the brands directly.

The projects also supported a significant behavioral shift from enclosed, siloed offices toward more open and collaborative ways of working. Glass partitions extend daylight in Geneva, folding walls let Barcelona accommodate larger events, and flexible displays allow Paris to transition among ten brands. The portfolio strengthens culture, client engagement, and adaptability through spaces designed to host as effectively as they work.
