Lighting Design

IA's lighting designers bring specialized expertise to projects where light is central to how the design is experienced. Integrated with the broader design team, the studio considers how light shapes space, material, color, and use, refining those relationships from early concept through installation.

Creative exploration is grounded in technical rigor, from photometric analysis and energy performance to custom detailing, mock-ups, controls, and on-site aiming and focusing. By balancing atmosphere, visual comfort, efficiency, and energy use, lA's lighting studio creates lighting environments that perform responsibly, strengthen the architecture, and reveal more from the design.
