Buying a home starts well before the front door. At Sterling Grove, Toll Brothers’ sales pavilion introduces prospective homeowners to the larger picture: the homes, amenities, landscape, and community that could become part of everyday life. The 8,000-square-foot pavilion turns that decision into a more tangible experience, combining hospitality, technology, and one-on-one guidance in a setting that reflects the character of Sterling Grove itself.

Welcome Home
The experience begins with hospitality rather than a sales pitch. Reception and a grab-and-go refreshment area give visitors a comfortable place to arrive and get oriented before moving deeper into the pavilion.

From there, the focus widens to the community. Dedicated displays and interactive tools allow visitors to explore home options and amenities at their own pace, while meeting spaces create opportunities for more personal conversations with the Toll Brothers team.

The interiors set the tone for what prospective buyers are considering beyond the pavilion. Rich woods, marble, layered textiles, and details drawn from farmhouse architecture create a sense of warmth and permanence, giving the sales experience some of the familiarity of home.

Designed for Living
For a home that has not yet been built, imagination has to do a lot of work. Interactive touchscreens, multimedia displays, and virtual reality tools help close that gap, allowing prospective buyers to explore different homes, options, and community amenities before making a decision.

Technology is integrated as another layer of the conversation rather than the centerpiece of it. Visitors can move between independent discovery and direct guidance, using digital tools when they are useful and sitting down with a person when the decision calls for something more personal.

Behind the customer experience, offices, administrative areas, collaboration spaces, and a staff break room support the team guiding that journey every day.

The pavilion ultimately gives Toll Brothers a place to make an entire community feel real before a buyer ever chooses a home—turning plans, options, and amenities into a clearer picture of what life at Sterling Grove could be.
