Every place serves different people, with different needs, behaviors, and expectations. Join IA’s experiential design team as we share project stories across retail, workplace, aviation, hospitality, and higher education, and explore how listening closely to the people we design for shapes more meaningful experiences.

Together, we’ll look at how ideas move across industries: what one environment can teach another, what changes when context shifts, and how those insights can be translated with intention to create experiences that feel relevant, responsive, and distinctly their own.

Through real-world projects and interactive design challenges, we’ll question familiar assumptions, examine the science behind our instincts, and explore how evidence can open new possibilities. The goal isn’t to replace intuition, but to strengthen it, bringing greater clarity and intention to the decisions we make and a deeper understanding of the experiences they shape.
