Valerie Jardon Appointed as Managing Director of IA's Strategy Studio

Valerie Jardon, RID, IIDA, NCIDQ, Fitwel Ambassador, has been promoted to Managing Director of Strategy. Valerie has helped shape IA’s evolving approach to strategy through Harmonic Principles™, a framework that connects data, research, and human experience to inform design decisions and measurable outcomes. Richard Lott has joined IA as Director of Strategy, bringing more than 20 years of experience across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and the US. His work spans master planning, placemaking, workplace strategy, and evidence-based design. Together, the team will advance IA’s research-driven strategy practice, helping clients turn complex challenges into clearer decisions and environments designed to support people, performance, and long-term change.
