IA Continues Strategic Expansion of Its Hospitality Practice with Two Key Leadership Appointments

IA has appointed Saerom Moon as Design Director and Marit Jensen as Project Director within its Hospitality studio, supporting projects across the Americas and Asia.

Vision & Delivery

Based in IA’s New York studio, Saerom brings more than 15 years of experience shaping luxury hospitality environments at firms including Rockwell Group, Champalimaud, and Ian Schrager Company. In her new role, she will help advance IA’s hospitality design direction while supporting team development and the continued growth of the practice.

Based in IA’s Seattle studio, Marit brings more than 18 years of experience leading complex projects from concept through completion, with previous roles at Ware Malcomb, WATG, and MG2. Trained as an architect, she brings a systems-level perspective that connects design vision with project delivery.

Together, Saerom and Marit strengthen IA’s hospitality leadership with complementary expertise in design, execution, and mentorship as the practice continues to grow globally.

"Saerom and Marit bring a rare combination of world-class hospitality expertise, design rigor, and a holistic approach that will strengthen how we create rich, memorable environments. Their collaborative leadership and shared commitment to mentorship and thoughtful execution will be key in shaping and strengthening IA’s hospitality practice globally."
