IA Announces the Appointment of Andres Navia as Co-Managing Director of the New York Studio

Andrés Navia, RA, NCARB, has joined IA as Co-Managing Director of the New York studio, bringing more than 20 years of experience across architecture, design, and studio leadership.

His work spans corporate interiors, building repositioning, and retail, with clients including Ducera, Monday.com, BlackRock, SL Green, and Skanska. His projects have received recognition from NYCxDesign and CoreNet.

Alongside his professional practice, Andrés has taught at the New Jersey Institute of Technology for the past six years, where he has focused on mentorship and expanding access and representation within the design profession. Working closely with Co-Managing Director Jim Camp, Andrés will help guide the continued growth and evolution of IA’s New York studio.
